WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Sr. Director, Human Resources will lead Viant’s core people operations, employee relations, and learning & development functions. This role is a senior people leader responsible for managing and developing HR and L&D teams, driving operational rigor, and supporting the company through growth, change, and transformation.
